820rr Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 820rr platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 820rr platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 820rr platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 820rr as the service operator. By using this platform, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 820rr reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account while that verification is in progress.
These terms apply to all users of the 820rr platform, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and active users of its Sports Betting, casino, e-sports, and all other entertainment categories available on the platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure without prior notice.
- Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account, including unauthorised activity arising from credentials being exposed to a third party.
- 820rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC process.
Account Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 820rr support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.
- 820rr will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
- Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 820rr platform agree to use its services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any criminal conduct is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 820rr platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to unfairly exploit the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or stolen information.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways inconsistent with the platform's intended use, including registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Transferring account balances between different users without platform authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the performance of the platform's servers or technical infrastructure.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all outstanding balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 820rr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG e-Wallet, DuitNow, and domestic bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is stated in the user account section and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Processed deposits cannot be reversed. If a deposit was made in error, contact support within 24 hours with proof of transaction.
- 820rr reserves the right to decline deposits from unverifiable sources or those that raise concerns about money laundering.
Withdrawal:
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
- The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals while security checks are carried out if unusual account activity is detected.
- Bonus and promotional credits that have not met the applicable rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
820rr is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. Betting involves financial risk, and users bear full responsibility for their own wagering decisions.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available without interruption or technical errors. In the event of a system disruption affecting active bets, the platform will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records.
Account Termination Policy:
- Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support.
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at the platform's discretion.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 820rr platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 820rr platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
820rr's trade names, trademarks, and logos may not be used without prior written authorisation from the platform under any circumstances.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
820rr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, clearly dated.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 820rr platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed void while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
